Improve Collective Impact - Keys to Engagement, Alignment and Results

It is increasingly clear that most of the complex challenges faced by states and communities cannot be solved with isolated programs or policies. The concept of Collective Impact makes sense, and many coalitions have embraced the concept. But it is easier said than done. Most of the practices, tools, funding models, and training that people and organizations use are based on traditional approaches to working in silos--seeking funding and credit for your individual organization or program.

For the past several years, InsightFormation has been a leader in advancing techniques, tools, and approaches that are designed to improve the development of collaborative strategies and community teamwork. This webinar shares some of those key practices and how cross-sector coalitions can adopt these practices to make collective impact a reality.

The webinar also introduces InsightFormation's Community Strategy Engagement Accelerator for 2023 (CSEA-23). This "learning & doing" program is designed to help coalition leaders (especially those responsible for providing "backbone support") and organizations that will be part of the broader team learn how to more effectively adopt system thinking techniques like strategy mapping and building "From-To Gaps" for strategic objectives. The CSEA-23 program recognizes that most participants are extremely busy, so it breaks the learning journey into realistic chunks and combines the learning with doing real work on a specific topic your coalition cares about.

Watch this 60-minute webinar to deepen your understanding of some of these techniques and to learn how the CSEA-23 program can re-energize and equip your collective impact coalition. If you're not currently part of a collective impact coalition, this webinar will show you some keys to success and a pathway to avoid many of the common mistakes that have left coalitions frustrated and ineffective.
