Simplifying PH Strategy & Performance Management – Less Time & Better Results

With the overwhelming amount of work already on their plates, most state and local public health departments are less-than-excited about doing another strategic plan or implementing a performance management system. But, it is required for accreditation or reaccreditation. Unfortunately, even when a lot of time is invested in the planning process and trying to develop good performance management practices, the results rarely seem worth the effort.

Fortunately, there are many similarities to local health departments across the U.S. InsightFormation has templates for strategy maps and a growing set of materials to help with the many different functions of local health departments.

We're creating a special track of eLearning and coaching that will focus on performance management for local health departments.

Much of the structure of CSEA-23 will be very relevant to building out the details of a public health strategic plan that is supported by its performance management system.

This will be a 20-minute presentation with 10 minutes for Q&A.
