CSEA-23 Program - Overview Plus Question and Answer Webinar

Coalitions play an essential role in addressing the wicked challenges that communities face every day.

These coalitions, despite their sincere efforts, have historically lacked the planning and organizational tools needed to co-create the large-scale, long-term, multifaceted strategy that are needed to make sustainable progress on- large and complex issues. That’s where InsightFormation’s 2023 Community Strategy Engagement Accelerator (CSEA-23) program comes in.

The CSEA-2023 program is a learning and doing program that provides coalition leaders and members with the knowledge and tools to develop and implement strategies for collective impact and system change. Participants will build their skills whilst working on their chosen priority issue through a combination of eLearning, online workshops, customized coaching, consulting support, and the use of materials developed by other communities or peers. The core part of the CSEA-2023 program will focus on developing and using strategy maps as a co-created theory of transformation around which many organizations can align their efforts, measure progress, and overcome obstacles to success.
